Denby Olympian Sports Mobile

We were first approached by Chris to build a campervan that would both carry his Windsurfing kit and provide full sleeping and cooking facilities. After consulting with Chris and finding out his needs - The Olympian Sports Mobile was born! A truly versatile conversion that can be adapted for a variety of uses ie Windsurfing, Cycling or Mountain Biking, Motorcyclists / Motorcross, Go-Karting & Dog Shows etc. With a rear spacious ‘Garage’ and full Campervan facilities with your choice of fitments, for example this van was fitted with a Large double bed, Sink with a Mixer Tap, 3 Burner Hob, 38 Litre 2 way compressor Fridge, Shower with Hot Water System, Blown Air Heating, Swivel Passenger Seat & Solar Panels - Read what Chris had to say about his van below.

I have always had a van as my mode of transport to carry my windsurfing kit and to act as somewhere to sleep when necessary. As I became more serious and successful, the more kit I began to accumulate. This often posed a problem at competitions leaving me with no option other than leaving my kit outside whilst I slept inside in little comfort. Enough was enough! I approached Denby Campervans with the challenge of converting a Renault Master into a Campervan that would allow me to securely carry all my kit and let me cook, sleep and eat in comfort. I was not let down as Denby created my dream Campervan. In the back they built a permanent garage that was racked to carry all my kit and let me have a shower! This involved building a false floor to accommodate my large race sails and masts. The beauty of this conversion is that when you open the sliding doors no-one would guess that I was a windsurfer. All my kit is kept in the garage under a permanent double bed but there is still plenty of room for a dining area and kitchen area with a fridge and a 3 burner gas hob. Denby Campervans also fitted a solar panel which has proven priceless as I never really need to hook up to electrics when on tour. In addition to this they also fitted diesel blown air heating for the cold winters - a real luxury!

To say that I am pleased with the conversion would be a huge understatement. It is, as I stated earlier a dream conversion for me - highly versatile and built to the highest quality. I can’t congratulate and thank Denby Campervans enough!

Denby Olympian Fitted Prices

Prices for the Olympian Sports Mobile Conversion are calculated based on your needs and the van to fit out. Therefore you would need to bring the van in to us, and we can discuss your needs and agree a price based on the amount of work required and the level of fitments chosen. We offer a no pressure honest environment where you can make an informed decision.

How to book your van in.

Please call us on 01538 382568 or email us sales@denbycampervans.com We would need your van for about 2-4 weeks to do a full Olympian conversion depending on the van and the amount of work required. We ask for 30% Deposit when you bring the van in. And the rest on completion. The prices above are all subject to a final inspection of your van.

When can we fit your van in?

We do get booked up quite quickly and would rather make a good job of your van than fit in too much work - so the sooner you can contact us and get it booked in the better. We will discuss dates with you and can be very flexible. When you bring your van we can also give you a lift to the nearest mainline Train Station which is Macclesfield, this saves you having to come in two vehicles.

Peace of Mind and Quality

All work is carried out on site, we only use high quality recognised materials. We are insurance recognised and your conversion with be supplied with a ‘Denby Campervans’ Badge. All the furniture is custom made by our craftsmen and in our own workshops which you are welcome to come and have a look round. Your vehicle will be fully insured whilst on our premises. We are a small family company and pride ourselves on giving a good service not only at the point of sale but also into the future.
