Campervan or Conversion Reservation Deposit Payment of £500

If you have been to see us and know you wish to proceed with a Campervan or a conversion we have discussed with you etc - then to confirm your go ahead with the transaction you can now pay a reservation / holding deposit of £500 online. This will for example reserve the van for you - this is on a first come first serve basis and show a comitment to purchase. We will reserve the Campervan or Conversion for 7 days subject to the rest of the deposit being received in that time - see the terms below.

On our vans we ask for 30% deposit - so this is a holding deposit only and we be refunded should the van no longer be available. But will enable you to place a holding deposit on the campervan of your choice giving you time to make arrangements to come back and see us or sort the rest of the deposit out with us directly. You can either call in to do this or we can give you our bank transfer details over the telephone.

If it is one of the stock vans then please put the stock number in where asked - or if a conversion please state which conversion & van you have etc.

There is also a space when you create the order to add any notes - We will need your contact details to confirm the purchase back to you.

*Terms

• The van or conversion will not be confirmed as yours until we confirm back to you the details and timescale etc.
• The rest of the deposit will be required within 7 days. Our deposit required for a Campervan or Conversion is 30% of the final value.
  
• We must have your contact details to confirm the transaction back to you.
• Acceptance of campervan conversions are always subject to a vehicle inspection.
  
• Holding deposits are taken on a first come first serve basis on stock - so the first person to have paid the deposit and have the transaction confirmed back will be the purchaser of the campervan.
• We apologise if the van of your choice is already sold, and of course we would refund your reservation deposit immediately should that be the case or for any other reason the sale is not able to proceed - we take care to update the stock online as soon as we can after a sale - the best thing if in doubt is to ring us beforehand and check it is still available as vans do go fast. We just think this is a good way of you being able to commit to the campervan of your choice when you have made the decision without having to chase over to see us if you live far away!
